Limited One Year Warranty

Envy Snow Sports warrants that Ski Frames sold directly from Envy Snow Sports will be free of any defects and workmanship for one (1) year from the purchase date. Envy Snow Sports will be responsible for repair and replacement parts of only defective products that is deemed defective according to Envy Snow Sports judgement. Envy Snow Sports is not responsible for any costs or damages to the Ski Frames due to misuse of the product. Extended Three Year Warranty

The three (3) year Ski Frame warranty is available for  $19.99. The warranty will last up to three years after the purchase date. You must provide proof of purchase. Envy Snow Sports will be responsible for repair and replacement parts of only defective products that is deemed defective according to Envy Snow Sports judgement. Envy is not responsible for any costs or damages to the Ski Frames due to misuse of the product. Warranty Details

  1. Both the Limited One Year Warranty and Three Year Warranty apply only to the original Ski Frame purchaser. You must provide Envy Snow Sports with proof of purchase as the original purchaser.

  2. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges regarding replacement or repair parts.

  3. If you bought your Ski Frames from a third party the warranty does not apply to those Ski Frames. Unless it was from Amazon from the Envy Snow Sports account.

  4. If you bought your Ski Frames from a retail shop then you must contact that retail shop and follow their warranty process.

  5. Normal wear and tear to the Frames is not covered in Warranty. Wear and tear examples; chairlift, trees, using wrong equipment to tighten or adjust the Ski Frames, scratches, or damages from misuse. Any questions regarding to Envy’s definition of normal wear and tear activities please contact us.

  6. All parts are subject to the availability of each specific part. Envy will do our best to match the exact part when replacing it.
